DESIGN DOHA BIENNALE 2026.

Design Doha Biennale 2026 returns for its second edition, bringing together regional and international designers, artists, makers, thinkers and creative practitioners across Doha.

The Biennale explores the role of design in shaping culture, communities, cities and the future, with exhibitions, public design commissions, talks, workshops and cultural programmes taking place across multiple locations.

The 2026 edition brings together participants from across the MENASA region and covers architecture, furniture, product design, urban planning, crafts, textiles, UX/UI, sound, service design and social design.

The programme examines how traditions, materials, knowledge and cultural practices can inform contemporary design. A major part of the Biennale is Arab Design Now 2026, highlighting contemporary regional design and the relationship between designers, artisans, makers, materials and cultural heritage.

The Biennale will activate museums, cultural venues, public spaces and urban sites across Doha, with Fereej Al Asmakh serving as the central location.
