TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully that are applicable to the users of www.iamqatar.qa website and the Mobile App. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Damage / Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive defected or damaged product, you can replace or return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refund Requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Warranty Policy
Iamqatar’s warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. In instances where a product is bought through a seller that is not Iamqatar, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST RULES & REGULATION
1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
2. This competition is open to residents of the Qatar only.
3. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Instagram account, the first entry only will be accepted.
4. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. The winner will be notified via email or Instagram/fb page. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook/Instagram.
8. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
9. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by iAMQATAR as to how you claim your prize.
