1. How do I know my order is confirmed?

We'll send you an email when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Orders in your profile

2. What are the different modes of payment?

For the time being only cash on delivery available. We will add other modes of payment soon

3. How do I check the current status of my order?

Go to your profile, in 'My Orders' select the product and check the status of your order

4. How do I cancel my order?

Go to your profile, in 'My Orders' select the product and click 'Cancel'

5. How long it will take to deliver a products?

It will take at least a 2-4 business days to deliver.

6. How do I use a promotion code?

To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:

Place your orders.

Proceed to checkout.

Enter your Promotion Code at the box indicating "Promotion Code".

Submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied.
