Full Detailed Description: The National Conference on Food Safety is a collaborative initiative by the Ministry of Municipality and the Ministry of Public Health.6 The conference aims to address the increasing challenges in the field of food safety by strengthening collaboration and exchanging knowledge among experts. It seeks to develop a legislative and regulatory framework to ensure food safety from the beginning of the supply chain to consumption, with a strong focus on innovation and technology. The conference is considered a pivotal point in improving the quality of life by enhancing human and community health, improving the quality and safety of food, addressing global challenges, strengthening regional and international cooperation, supporting innovation and technology, developing human and institutional capacities, and supporting sustainable development.
