Amor Latino is the soul of tango and bolero, presented in a sophisticated open air and on 13 February 2026 at the event, the music, the atmosphere, and the emotion will flow together smoothly under the stars.
A Voice Speaking the Rhythm of Latin Music
Argentine tenor Carlos D’Onofrio, a renowned Argentinean soloist of the St. Petersburg Great Theatre is at the centre of the evening. Due to his vocal expressiveness and emotional accuracy, D’Onofrio turns any piece of melody into a narration of longing, love, and eternal romance. The way he stages it is to ask people to relax, listen to every bit of the music and get back to the natural beauty of a live performance.
An effective Triumvirate of Global Performers
Two very talented musicians are added to enrich the soundscape: a bandoneon virtuoso Ivan Talanin, a Russian and a Cuban percussionist Yoel Gonzalez. The trio, together, breathes life into the masterpieces of the legends like Gardel and Piazzolla. The haunting melodies of the bandoneon along with the rhythmic percussion form a wholly Latin musical experience.
