Zulal Wellness Resort is a carefully-considered wellness day, Pause and Recharge, created to bring your body back to balance, promote a deeper level of relaxation and assist you in reconnecting to yourself in a calming, restorative environment.

It is an experience that you can visit from 10 AM to 6 PM, integrating a personalized wellness perspective with therapeutic treatments and a relaxing environment.

What’s Included

Start with a 30 minute body composition analysis; this will provide you with useful information on your physical health status, and make you have a better understanding of your health profile.

You will then have a delicious wellness meal, which is planned and cooked with good intentions to aid in vitality and balance to supplement your restful day.

To have an in-depth relaxation, go with one of the 50-minute signature massages offered in the resort:

• Full Body Tadleek Massage- is a therapeutic remedy that is meant to reduce stress and induce general relaxation.

• Signature Al-Qadam Foot Massage- a specialized therapy that removes stress and supplies energy using specialised foot techniques.

The experience also involves the use of the Serenity Hydrothermal Area where one can relax in relaxing thermal amenities that improve circulation, detoxification and the deep relaxation of the body.
