About the Event

Doha Players presents Disney’s The Little Mermaid, the beloved musical adaptation based on the classic Disney animated film and the story by Hans Christian Andersen.

The production follows Ariel, a curious young mermaid fascinated by the human world. After falling in love with Prince Eric, she makes a dangerous deal with the sea witch Ursula in hopes of becoming human.

The production features music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, and a book by Doug Wright.
