Terms & Conditions
Everything should be pre-booked with the help of the official platform or the representatives. The booking must be confirmed by full payment unless otherwise.

The cancellations will be refunded in full provided that the cancellation is done at least 72 hours ahead. Cancellations made within 72 hours to the activity or no-shows will not be refunded.
Should there be weather problems or other unforeseen events (e.g. government restrictions), the operator may change or refund the activities at his own will.
The visitors should be at the meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before the set activity time. Arrivals later might lead to less time to be spent or loss of money.
The guide or instructor should give all the safety instructions to the participants. There are activities that might not be appropriate to pregnant women, those with heart related conditions, and those with limited mobility.
The participants take part at their own risk. The company does not have responsibility for the injuries, accidents, and loss of personal belongings taking part in the activity.
Some of the activities can have minimum age or physical fitness. Children below 18 should be in the company of an adult or submit a written consent of the guardian.
Warm and comfortable clothes are suggested. In water activities, carry swim suits, towels, sun screen and a change of clothes.
Only specified in the description of the activity, transportation is an aspect.
The guests are supposed to value the natural environment and wildlife. Creation of litter or destruction of conserved places are subject to fines or expulsion of the activity.
The operator has the right to change or postpone or cancel activities because of any reasons related to the safety, the weather, or other factors that are out of their control.
