Booking & Payment

All the activities have to be pre-booked via the official platform or by representatives. The booking must be paid in full to assure the booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Any cancellation that is done at a minimum of 72 hours is subject to a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours to the activity or no forms of shows will not be refunded.

Activities can also be rescheduled or refunded at the operators own will in case of poor weather conditions or any other unforeseen situation (e.g. government restrictions).

Arrival & Timing

The guests should be at the meeting point at least 1520 minutes prior to the actual time of activity. Late arrivals can lead to lack of time of activity or even loss of money.

Safety & Liability

Every participant should adhere to the safety guidelines that are offered by the guide or instructor. Pregnant women, persons with heart conditions, and those with limited mobility may not be able to take up some of the activities.

The participants participate at their risk. The company is not responsible for accidents, loss of personal belongings and injuries in the activity.

Age & Fitness RequirementsSome of the activities can have age or physical fitness requirements. Children below the age of 18 years should be accompanied by an adult or come up with a written guardian consent.

Dress Code & Essentials

It is advisable to wear comfortable and weather-appropriate clothes. Going in water, a change of clothes, towels, sunscreen and swimwear.

Transportation

Transportation will be considered only when mentioned in the description of the activity.

Environmental Responsibility

The natural environment and wildlife should be respected by the guests. Fines or expulsion of the activity may be enforced upon littering or destruction of the activities that are safeguarded.

Changes & Force Majeure

The operator will have the right to alter, postpone or cancel activities as a result of security reasons, weather, or any other factors that are outside their control.
