A unique experience to be explored in Qatar is Kayaking at Al Mafjar Mangroves, which will be offered between 8 December 2025 and 31 December 2026 and will require 9:00 AM to start and 05.00 PM to finish (the schedule will be confirmed using the water tides). This is found at Al Mafjar Mangroves in the serene North of Qatar where you are taken on a 90-minute guided tour in an idyllic setting of the green waterways in the midst of flourishing ecosystems and pure coastal sceneries.

You will see different wildlife and lapse into the silence of nature as you go through the clear waters that are home to herons and seasonal flamingos, and immerse yourself in the rhythm of nature. The road to the north is also scenic with the northeastern coast of Qatar. Guests may also ask to be taken on an ecological tour in order to know more about the relevance of the mangrove forests and how they serve in safeguarding marine life and the coastal surrounding. (Make ready--you may well be a little wet)

It is organized at AL Shamal Woqod Petrol Station and it will consist of a kayak and paddles, professional guide, safety briefing and training, life jackets, insurance, water, and the use of toilet facilities. Prices do not include transportation and meals; however, up-and-down transportation to Doha can be requested as an addition (500 QAR per 4 or fewer people).
