You will be at the edge of your seat as camel racing is done traditionally on 27 or 28 February 2026 at Al Shahaniya Racetrack and Lobsair Racetrack, which are two of the best racing tracks in Qatar. This four-hour behind-the-scenes tour is a unique experience that provides a close-up experience of the start line as well as an inside look of how the robotic jockeys work on the camels and this is an invention that has turned the sport around.

You will get the exclusive chance to drive with the track and make several rounds, as the locals do, when the camels are racing on the desert track. There is also the time spent at the finish line where the excitement is created as the camels race towards the finish line. It also includes a typical break at a Majlis where one can take some time to unwind and soak in the cultural atmosphere, as well as water onboard. The group will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide during the tour.

The tour starts at the West bay region, and its actual starting point is informed by email 24 hours before the actual event since the race schedules can be changed. The cost is 170 QAR per person (adult or a child) and it is paid after confirmation is made.
