Full Event Details/Description:

Aamal Ride 2026 is a Qatar Cyclists Center and organisation in collaboration with Aamal Company Q.P.S.C., a three-day event that is being held on 3 April 2026, beginning at the Old Doha Port at 5:30 AM. The ride is meant to encourage community life and active lifestyle and it will take cyclists through a picturesque path across Doha, through the Corniche, the City Center Mall, into The Pearl and Viva Bahriya and then back. The event has a total of 900 spots, one of the distance options is the 5KM Kids and Family Fun Ride in Old Doha Port, 10KM beginner route, and 40KM route: beginner, intermediate, and advanced individual riders.

The participants will be given a complete package of a jersey or t-shirt, a medal, a branded bag, a water bottle, and an opportunity to win a raffia. There will be an enthusiastic fan area where fans can enjoy themselves, which will make it a festival even to those who are not part of the riders. Bike and helmet rentals are offered at QAR 50, and there are strict safety rules, including the fact that helmets are compulsory, no time-trial bicycles are accepted, and the bicycles must obey all the route and traffic rules since roads are not closed fully. All through the event, there will be technical and medical support. Registration will be closed on 25 March 2026 or on reaching capacity and participants will be required to sign a comprehensive liability waiver recognizing the physical risk associated with it. You can choose between accelerating your speed or taking a relaxing family ride, but either way, the Aamal Ride will be an energetic, health-related experience in the center of Doha.
