Showcasing Microsoft’s latest AI innovations, partnerships, and cloud capabilities

Microsoft today announced its participation at Web Summit Qatar 2026, taking place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from February 1–4, where the company will showcase how agentic AI, governed enterprise platforms, and partner-built solutions on Microsoft Azure are helping organizations across Qatar innovate securely and at scale.

At the Microsoft booth, visitors will experience live demonstrations that bring the next generation of AI to life. This includes the Agentic Control Center on Microsoft Azure, which showcases intelligent AI agents that monitor environments, deliver real-time recommendations, and take action autonomously or with human approval through advanced photorealistic avatar and map technologies. Microsoft will also demonstrate AI360, an enterprise AI accelerator that unifies AI initiatives, governance, learning, and adoption insights into a single end-to-end experience, helping organizations scale AI responsibly. In addition, a partner showcase with Ghaia.ai will highlight how agentic AI on Azure is transforming HR and procurement workflows, from RFP generation and vendor evaluation to talent acquisition and onboarding.

These demonstrations highlight how Microsoft is helping organizations move from AI experimentation to real-world, production-ready impact, while maintaining strong governance, security, and trust.

Ahmad El Dandachi, General Manager, Microsoft Qatar, said: “We are pleased to participate in Web Summit Qatar alongside partners and customers who are shaping the country’s digital future. Our showcase here reflects how AI, when built on secure cloud infrastructure and applied responsibly, can drive real impact for organizations and communities. Through our continued investment in local cloud capabilities, skilling, and partnerships with the Government of Qatar, we are proud to support the Digital Agenda 2030 and help accelerate Qatar’s AI journey in line with its national vision.”

In addition to its booth presence, Microsoft leaders will also participate in multiple panels throughout Web Summit Qatar, contributing perspectives on topics including sustainable and smart cities, enterprise AI adoption, sovereign AI, and energy efficiency in large-scale computing. Through these discussions, Microsoft will share insights on how cloud and AI can support national priorities, business growth, and responsible digital transformation.

Microsoft’s participation underscores its long-standing partnership with Qatar, spanning more than 15 years, and its continued collaboration with public-sector partners to expand local cloud capacity and support the secure adoption of advanced AI across government and industry.

As one of the world’s leading platforms for technology and innovation, Web Summit Qatar brings together policymakers, founders, developers, and business leaders shaping the future of the digital economy. Microsoft’s presence at the event reflects its commitment to technology, talent, and trust, empowering organizations with cutting-edge AI, building local skills for the future workforce, and ensuring innovation is grounded in security and responsible AI principles.
