General Directorate of Traffic has asked the owners of impounded vehicles to visit the Traffic Investigation Section at Industrial Area and claim their vehicles after paying the penalties within 30 days. 

The penalty along with ground fees has to be paid at the Investigation Section at Industrial Area Street No (52) within 30 days of this announcement effective from June 21, 2020. 

According to the statement, "owners of the vehicles that have been impounded for more than 3 months, are to approach the Traffic Investigation Section... to  complete procedures and receive the vehicles back after paying the penalties and ground fees within 30 days of this announcement effective from Sunday, June 21 2020." 

The statement added that in case the owner of a vehicle does not show up and complete the procedures within specified period, the General Directorate of Traffic will cancel those seized vehicles that have completed the legal period from the traffic records and display them for sale in auction.
