Mondrian Doha, managed by leading international lifestyle hospitality group sbe, is excited to announce the launch of its new and much-awaited Friday brunch at Walima Doha, the city’s true destination of traditional Qatari hospitality with a modern twist.


Starting from Friday 28th August, and on every Friday from 12:30pm till 3:30pm, Doha residents will have the chance to taste the most authentic Middle Eastern recipes with a contemporary touch in the sophisticated atmosphere at Walima Doha. For only QAR 195 for a regular package, QAR 325 for the enhanced package and QAR 375 for the enhanced package with bubbles, guests can enjoy an elevated brunch experience with artistically prepared dishes, including mouthwatering selections of cold and hot appetizers, live food stations and irresistible desserts.

 

The sophisticated brunch menu includes fine selections of cold Mezzeh, such as Hummus, Muhamarrah, Beetroot Moutabel, Eggplant moutable, Kishkeh and Homemade Marinated Olives. The hot Mezzeh consist of Cheese Rakkakat, Spinach Fattayer, Falafel, Meat samboussek and Tahini Sauce. Walima guests will also enjoy real flavors of the region with delicate dishes, such as Mixed Mashawi Ouzi Serar, made of Kishkash Kofta, Lebanese Kofta, Chicken Taouk, Lamb Chops, Ouzi Rice, Grilled Vegetable and Garlic Sauce.

 

The Walima brunch menu also features a street food live station, and a Fatteh station with an array of delicious Chicken Fatteh, Beef & Eggplant Fatteh, Chickpeas Fatteh, Pine Nuts and Pomegranate. To give their experiences a cool ending, guests can enjoy the refreshing Fried Oreo dessert, made of Oreo, Pistachio Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce, cookie crumble and Fresh Berries.

 

In an array of seating options, guests can join us in the private dining rooms, seating up to 6 guests or in the artistically designed booths as well as larger family style tables, or join us for a cozy setting for two in our eclectic sunken majlis.

Guests are required to show a green tag code on their Ehteraz App at the entrance to the hotel, and to wear a face mask when entering or leaving the restaurant. Contactless menus will be available for all guests. A safe distance between tables will also be guaranteed, and tables will be regularly sanitized with electrostatic sprayers. Portable hand sanitizers will also be available on all tables.
