Final panel discussion spotlights athletic mindset with Qatar football legends
MOVE, Old Doha Port’s six-day sports and wellness festival, wrapped up Day 3 with a dynamic programme of running races, fitness challenges, and its final panel discussion at Mina Park.
The Erada Fitness Throwdown 2026 continued with the Men’s Intermediate and RX team competitions, highlighting high-intensity functional fitness and teamwork. The No Limits Race also kicked off, featuring a Kids Race alongside the 2.5km and 5km races, with winners of both distances awarded WHOOP devices.
Day 3 marked the conclusion of MOVE’s panel series with “Athletic Mindset: Experiences of Elite Sports Icons and a Sustainable Healthy Lifestyle.” The session featured former Qatar National Team players and football legends, Mubarak Mustafa, Ahmed Khalil, and Adel Khamis, who shared insights on elite performance, mental resilience, and sustaining a healthy lifestyle beyond professional sport.
MOVE continues at Old Doha Port until 10 February. From 5–9 February, the festival runs daily from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM, while on Qatar National Sports Day, 10 February, activities will take place from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
