GAIA, Doha’s high-end Greek-Mediterranean dining restaurant located in West Bay, is pleased to announce new specials added to its food menu, just in time for the winter season.

GAIA invites guests to experience their new culinary specials. GAIA’s version of Kounoupidi Salata captures a delightful combination of various ingredients. Guests can also try Gaia's Truffle Mushroom Peinirli. The Peinirli came to Greece in the early 20th century from Turkey and has evolved into one of Greece’s most popular street foods. The dish features layers of fresh truffles, comte cheese, oyster mushrooms, and truffle oil. Inspired by Greece's natural beauty, GAIA’s Sparaggia Scallops bring a taste of the sea to the plate. The delicate dish features fresh scallops with lemon butter and asparagus.  

For deeper appetites, dive into the flavorful Pagre Fricassee, a stew made with 600g of Pagre fish. Meat enthusiasts can relish in the tender and succulent Short Ribs, slow cooked to perfection and served with tomatoes, baby potatoes, thyme, and rosemary.

For the ultimate meal, there's the impressive T-bone, a 1000g steak served with crushed potatoes and a rich oxtail sauce. And no Greek meal is complete without the classic Village Potatoes with Feta..
