As part of Snoonu’s corporate social responsibility efforts, the company will support local companies affected by the Covid-19 pandemic by adding the Love Local Bar to its App.
Qatar’s leading tech startup, Snoonu, is pleased to announce its contribution to the national ‘Love Local’ Initiative, aimed at supporting local companies impacted by the pandemic, as a part of the company’s social responsibility commitment towards Qatar.
The ‘Love Local’ initiative is a line-up of programs and activities to help small businesses recover from financial losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The intent of the campaign is to build awareness of the importance of shopping and dining local to support small businesses and community organizations which are the backbone of Qatar’s economy.
Snoonu’s active participation in community services activities continues with the ‘Love Local’ Initiative that started on 8 September 2021. As part of its contribution, Snoonu has added an option on its app for ‘Love Local’ dedicated to showcasing local offers, events and dining options. The icon bar and banners have been placed on the app and on all Snoonu social media platforms, to promote all local merchants’ services and products.
