Doha, Qatar – January 31, 2022 : Everyone’s favourite web-slinging hero was spotted traversing across the New York skyline last week in a spectacular projection lightshow marking the launch of PUBG MOBILE’s V1.8 update, which brings the action of Sony Pictures’ worldwide hit Spider-Man: No Way Home, now playing exclusively in cinemas, to Erangel’s battlefield until February 14th.

From Manhattan to Queens, the projection lightshow saw the wall-crawling Super Hero, accompanied by PUBG MOBILE’s famous Lone Survivor, swinging and climbing across iconic buildings and locations featured in the Sony Pictures trilogy including the Flatiron Building, Washington Square Arch, Washington Square North and 5th Avenue.

A first-time collaboration with the beloved character and Sony Pictures, PUBG MOBILE’s V1.8 update sees a number of new activities and free items to bring players the full superhero experience. The new Spider-Man: No Way Home themed mode will see players join Spider-Man in battling mysterious monsters and gear up with their very own No Way Home Web Shooter to slow opponents while they zip around the map.
