Vodafone Qatar has launched a new service, called ‘Business Talk’, a cloud-based telephone platform that allows businesses to take their landline everywhere they go, never missing another call or business opportunity.
Business Talk works by seamlessly integrating a dedicated business landline with Microsoft Teams, and offers businesses all features of a cloud Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) system, including call queues, group extensions, auto attendant, ability to set rules which suits their business, and much more.
With no hardware or maintenance costs, this new platform allows business professionals to make and receive calls, conduct video meetings, and collaborate seamlessly through all types of devices such as; desk phones, mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, bolstering productivity and responsiveness.
