Guests can embark on a culinary journey indulging in the juicy 'King Crab', served with confit cherry tomatoes and a tantalizing shellfish emulsion. The 'Calamaretto Spillo' features seared baby squid atop roasted potato foam, complemented by a Mediterranean vinaigrette. Seafood lovers will rejoice over the 'Selezione Di Tartare', a curated selection of tuna, red prawns, and amberjack. The creamy 'Burrata Pugliese' elegantly pairs with zucchini, Taggiasca olives, baked datterini tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
