Need to return? Just follow these simple steps:
Non-returnable items
The products purchased through Best Buy and Gift Box are non-returnable .These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Follow the steps for a return request
1.Log into My Account, go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order you wish to return or part-return. Click on the ‘Return’ link against the order.
2.Select the item(s) and quantity you wish to return and choose your reason for return from the drop down menu. If an item is faulty please provide details in the comment box.
3.On submitting your return request, you will receive an authorization email stating your 'Product Return Details . Please wait until you have received a call from the customer care. Place items into the box and wait for your driver to collect.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will proceed the refund through cash on return mode
If you paid for delivery of the goods, the cost of delivery will not be be refund
The charge for gift boxing is non-refundable.
