Bring your friends to be one of 10 culinary explorers in COYA’s exclusive masterclass and embark together on a hands-on journey into the art of ceviche and pisco making, to learn the techniques behind these iconic Peruvian delights.

You will begin the session with COYA's expert mixologist guiding you through the art of crafting the perfect pisco cocktail. Each attendee will shake, stir, and savor their own personalized pisco cocktail.

After the pisco mixing session, COYA's talented chefs will guide you in creating three distinct ceviche dishes from scratch, each representing a COYA signature dish. The ceviche crafting session is a fantastic chance to engage directly with COYA’s culinary gurus, discovering their inspirations and techniques up close. All ingredients for your ceviche creation will be readily available and you will also enjoy fresh guacamole at your table throughout.

Once the masterclass concludes, you will bid farewell to the chef and be escorted to our dining room for a delightful lunch. As a part of the Masterclass package, you can indulge in a curated selection of COYA’s most celebrated dishes including one entree, one main course, and one dessert.
