Doha is most recognized for concept restaurants, Lobito de Mar and BiBo, will both be located in the same location. The proposal maintains the essence of each restaurant and promises to redefine the city's gastronomic experience based on tradition and culinary innovation, while retaining its uniqueness.

Dani Garcia's most traveling concept, BiBo, launched in Doha in January 2020 with a gastronomic offer that is adaptable to local tastes, but still maintains the essence of the cosmopolitan restaurant that was born in Marbella. The headquarters of BiBo, which became the first to be situated outside Spanish borders, will now be in the same hotel complex as Lobito de Mar.

The Lobito de Mar restaurant, which opened two years later in Qatar's capital, has become the city's maritime paradise because of its gastronomic proposition, dominated by fresh seafood. This restaurant is in the Marsa Malaz Kempinski hotel, where the guests will find a very varied menu offering everything from the most popular tapas to seafood, preparing everything for every taste.

As of now, BiBo will occupy the top floor, bringing its contemporary and creative touch to Doha's dining scene. The menu will offer signature dishes like brioche of Rabo de Toro, Bull Burger or the spicy version of “patatas bravas”.  The menu will include dishes inspired by Andalusian cuisine, including Robuchon prawns or the signature fried Seabass. A selection of emblematic desserts, such as rice pudding or cheesecake made with Manchego, will be offered by the chef as a final touch.

The relaunch is truly unique and special. It retains the essence of each brand concept but allows the guests to enjoy dishes from both restaurants in both spaces, thereby defining a unique culinary experience.

A unique event celebrating the rich tradition of Andalusian cuisine with a modern twist will take place at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel on October 10. We are hosting an event in celebration of the fusion of two worlds of food, bringing a menu specially prepared to celebrate the elegance of Andalusia and the vitality of Arab culture.

The two restaurants will combine their culinary visions to provide a tempting fusion of flavors with preparations that embody the essence of Andalucian cuisine while breaking down barriers.
