Omarzu, Culinary Chef at CUT by Wolfgang Puck restaurant, and Eko Zulfikar, Executive Chef at Morimoto Doha, expanding its growing team in a valuable addition to its award-winning culinary outlets.

 

A seasoned culinary expert, Luke A. Omarzu brings to CUT over 20 years of experience acquired at world-renowned fine dining venues spanning the United States as well as the Middle East. In his new role as Culinary Chef, Luke will lead CUT Doha’s culinary team, overseeing the restaurant’s fine dining offering, while maintaining the brand’s world-acclaimed superior standards and culinary sophistication. Chef Luke will be also responsible for ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and implementing international standards throughout all elements of the restaurant’s operations.

 

Newly appointed Executive Chef of Morimoto Doha, Eko Zulfikar, masters the art of modern Asian Cuisine. He is set to bring Morimoto, Mondrian Doha’s sought-after award-winning Asian-inspired restaurant to new heights. Eko’s experience spans many international destinations including the UAE, Kuwait, Yemen, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, China, Turkey and Qatar. Eko’s extensive knowledge and experience in creating unique international dishes were widely recognized by top-class accolades.
